Admissions are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, depending on doctor’s advice and room availability.
Yes, one attendant is allowed in Single and Deluxe rooms. Other categories there may or may not be stay facility for the attendant. Kindly contact the respective hospital branch for confirmation.
Costs varies depending on the treatment, doctor’s fees, and room type. Our patient counselling team will provide a cost estimate before admission.
Our general visiting hours are from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Please note that visiting hours may vary for different wards (e.g., ICU, NICU). Please check with the ward's reception for specific timings and visitor policies. Foe safety we discourage visits from children under 12 years.
The hospital provides a comprehensive meal plan, including meals, fruits and soups, offered seven times a day as guided by the in-house dietician. In exceptional situation if outside food needs to be allowed, a food pass needs to be availed, signed by the admin and dietician.

Interim bills are shared every 2–3 days or upon request.
Yes. We understand that medical expenses can be difficult to manage. Discharges are usually done between 2 pm and 6 pm.
It may take around 2–4 hours for billing and documentation.
Yes. You will get the original copies for cash patients and photo copies for insurance/ corporate patients.
Kindly submit a request to the Medical Records department at the reception along with identity proof. If it’s a family member collecting it, we need authorization letter and valid ID proof of the relative.

Yes, for nursing, physiotherapy, medicine and lab sample collection. We also provide certain equipment’s on rental basis.
