Please visit the hospital with the doctor’s prescription or advice note. Our In-Patient Department (IPD) team will guide you through the admission process.

What documents are required for admission

The documents required for all patients are:

  • Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar card, Passport, etc.)
  • Doctor’s prescription/admission advice
  • Health insurance card/ policy paper (if applicable)
  • Previous medical records, test reports, and prescriptions
  • For corporate policy, employee ID Card
  • In addition to the above, specific Corporates/ Schemes have the following requirement

For CGHS beneficiary

  • Beneficiary ID
  • Referral Memo from CGHS dispensary

For ESIC/ ESIS beneficiary

  • Form 40
  • Entitlement letter
  • E-Pehchan Card

Is my health insurance accepted here?

We are empaneled with multiple insurance companies. Kindly refer to the Insurance page of the website or call on the respective hospital number to get the confirmation.

    (Rooms are allotted based on your preference and availability.)
  • ICU (for emergency services)
  • NICU/ PICU (only available in Mulund Branch)
When can I be admitted?

Admissions are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, depending on doctor’s advice and room availability.

Can an attendant stay with the patient?

Yes, one attendant is allowed in Single and Deluxe rooms. Other categories there may or may not be stay facility for the attendant. Kindly contact the respective hospital branch for confirmation.

What is the approximate cost of admission?

Costs varies depending on the treatment, doctor’s fees, and room type. Our patient counselling team will provide a cost estimate before admission.

What are the visiting hours for in-patients?

Our general visiting hours are from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Please note that visiting hours may vary for different wards (e.g., ICU, NICU). Please check with the ward's reception for specific timings and visitor policies. Foe safety we discourage visits from children under 12 years.

What is the hospital’s policy on outside food for patients?

The hospital provides a comprehensive meal plan, including meals, fruits and soups, offered seven times a day as guided by the in-house dietician. In exceptional situation if outside food needs to be allowed, a food pass needs to be availed, signed by the admin and dietician.

What modes of payment are accepted?

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and online transfers.

Will I get an estimate before admission?

Yes, an approximate estimate will be provided by our admission desk.

How often will I receive an interim bill during my stay?

Interim bills are shared every 2–3 days or upon request.

Does the hospital have any financial assistance programmes for patients?

Yes. We understand that medical expenses can be difficult to manage. We offer options including health loans, loyalty discounts through health cards, partial relief through the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF), and support for starting a medical crowdfunding campaign. For more information, either refer to the specialities page or meet with the reception team of the hospital.

What time is discharge usually done?

Discharges are usually done between 2 pm and 6 pm.

How long does the discharge process take?

It may take around 2–4 hours for billing and documentation.

Will I receive all my medical records and investigation reports?

Yes. You will get the original copies for cash patients and photo copies for insurance/ corporate patients.

How can I get copies of my medical reports?

Kindly submit a request to the Medical Records department at the reception along with identity proof. If it’s a family member collecting it, we need authorization letter and valid ID proof of the relative.

How can I get a medical certificate for work or school?

Kindly ask the same from your treating consultant.

Do you have home healthcare services?

Yes, for nursing, physiotherapy, medicine and lab sample collection. We also provide certain equipment’s on rental basis.
