Absolutely bad experience. Staff is having fun and busy in mischief instead of tending to the patients. The doctors assigned are never on time. They give time of 2:30pm and don't come till 6:30pm or so. Utterly wasting patient's and their relative's time. When the staff is asked about the the doctor's whereabouts,they reply once that the doctor is coming and on any subsequent questions reply rudely "Abhi thodi der pehle to bataya ayenge, wapis alag kya bataye?", instead of actually trying to find out when the doctor will be available.
The doctors are any better either. Not single one seemed professional. There's a type of discipline doctors tend to have which is absent in the doctors of this hospital.
Cleanliness also has to be focused on by the relatives of the patient. The staff while removing glass bangles suggested breaking then as they won't come out but did not take care that small glass bits don't scatter around. To remove the scattered glass while cleaning the blankets, one of the blankets happened to fall on the ground, which the staff was going to put on the patient, but I had to intervene and make them replace (which I still don't know whether they did or not as I had to go get medicine and then back home).
The doctors seem to be bad in their work as well. On second opinion of MRI reports, we found that the medicine prescribed by Apex hospital doctors would be of no use and better medication was prescribed to use.

Recently my mother got admitted to this hospital, I have observed a lack of administrative head role during services like billing, discharge etc. As per their own policy they considered midnight as a billing cycle ex. If you get admitted at morning 8am and get discharge next day at morning 8am they they will charge you 2days charge.... As their day start at midnight 12.00am... Absolute loot... As in any hospital standard discharge timing is morning 10am-11am but here they have thr own laws....
My father was discharged today, he had been suffering from Pneumonia, admitted under Dr. Chirag. And last year my mother got her robotic knee replacement surgery by Dr. Makwana. The staff's - quick response, the alertness, helpfulness, Sisters, brothers, janitors, management team, everyone were extremely helpful and understanding, it's evident to see they would go above and beyond their salary to make sure the patient is doing well. God forbid some other issue ever comes in an around my circle, definitely the only hospital for me to find peace and solution. Grateful always.
All Staff is very helpful and always ready when asked for any help. They are avery vigilant and experienced, specifically they are fully available at the night time. Staff is very calm with the patient and proactively checking live status of patient. Now about the hospital, it's good in terms of surgery and doctors (Vividh Makwana & Chirag Shah) are very helpful in giving vital information. Mistakes happenes sometime but they never took step back but helped in all the way they can. Just a suggestion, Washroom needs to be clean for patient and start keeping tissue paper. Overall Hospital experience is quite good.

My mom was detected with tounge tumour, Visited multiple hospital and was bit confused what to do. Then i met Dr. Hemant Khemani he is a cardiologist specialist. As my mom underwent engoplasty in the year 2024 was treated by Dr. Khemani and was operated in the same Apex hospital very well. Due to our past good experience with the same hospital, we met Dr. Ankit mahuvakar oncology surgeon who was very cooperative and explained the complete surgery procedure.
Hence, overall experience with the hospital was good and staffs were very cooperative specially Nurse Biji mam, Bincy mam, brother Pankaj, Sister Neha, Rohini sister,Rashmi, Dr. Manaal, Dr Priyanka, Dr. Chirag Shah sir, Simran sister, Hetal Sister, Supriyaa sister and caretaker Mrs. Shruti. RMO Dr.Dimple and Priyanka was always explaining us about the treatment procedures.

Hospital is good... But not worth, yes a bit expensive, and TPA isn't cooperative for the mediclaim users. Nurses, checkups, and other services are good... Provided food is good except dal.

Apex Hospital is absolutely one of the worst hospitals in Mumbai.
My mother was brought in with deep facial and hand injuries, bleeding heavily after an accident at home. Instead of providing emergency care, the staff immediately demanded ₹1.3 lakh within 2 minutes before touching the patient.
Even after admission, due to a 10-minute payment delay caused by a technical issue, they forced my injured mother to stand outside, bleeding, until the payment was completed. This is beyond inhuman.
The reception and nursing staff were rude, insensitive, and clearly cared only about money,not human life. Emergency care here is conditional on payment, which is shameful and dangerous.
Do not go to Apex Hospital. There are many better hospitals nearby that treat patients with dignity. Avoid this place at all costs.

I had a very disappointing experience with this orthopedic doctor saurbh talekar . Instead of listening carefully to the patient’s condition, the doctor seemed more interested in showing off knowledge and suggesting unnecessary tests and reports. It felt as though the focus was entirely on making money rather than providing genuine care. It’s shocking to see such behavior in a reputed apex hospital. A doctor’s first duty is to understand and comfort the patient, not to rush through consultations for profit. I would strongly advise others to choose experienced doctors with genuine reviews (at least 300+), rather than those who only claim years of experience but lack real patient understanding. Please don’t risk your loved ones’ health with such money-minded and careless professionals.

The nurse, staff, ward boys RMOs, kitchen boy all are very humble and very co operative. Kitchen boy gave food time to time. Only big request to the panel is you have to bring in more doctors. Lokhandwala has got a good hospital with good facilities but major doctors are not coming. I request the hospital authorities to bring in the doctors as much as possible. It will serve the large public residing here.
One of the best experience, the staffs are really good and the doctors are also genuine and great, i fully trust apex hospital. We had very critical situation in dengue fever. And we got recovered within 3 days with better health and complete recovery, i highly recommend apex hospital!
