Patient & Family Stories
Over all Apex is a Good Hospital
I’m truly grateful for the excellent care he received. The doctors were very professional, attentive, and explained everything clearly. The nursing staff was kind, patient, and always available whenever needed. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the overall service was smooth and well-coordinated. Thanks to their dedication and timely treatment, my father recovered well. Highly appreciate the team for their great work and compassion. Thank you for all hospital Heena madam specially thank Ajay Palande sir
the entire team!
The hospital is exceptionally well-organized, clean, and equipped with advanced medical technology, which gives patients great confidence from the moment we enter.
doctor Samarjeet bansal is highly experienced and take time to listen, explain diagnoses clearly, and guided my mom with genuine care. The nursing staff is equally outstanding—polite, attentive, and always available to help with a smile. Every department, from reception to diagnostics, operates smoothly and efficiently, ensuring minimal waiting time.
What truly stood out was the hospital’s commitment to patient comfort and safety. The environment is hygienic, the facilities are well-maintained, and the staff follows all necessary protocols with utmost diligence. The overall patient experience is exceptional, making this hospital one of the best choices for comprehensive and reliable Healthcare.
Mr Vikas from Tpa was equally
Helpful with cashless procedure I thank him from bottom of my heart and always remain grateful for the smooth experience with regards to insurance
I highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking quality medical treatment under one roof. Their dedication, expertise, and compassion make a real difference.
The doctors are any better either. Not single one seemed professional. There's a type of discipline doctors tend to have which is absent in the doctors of this hospital.
Cleanliness also has to be focused on by the relatives of the patient. The staff while removing glass bangles suggested breaking then as they won't come out but did not take care that small glass bits don't scatter around. To remove the scattered glass while cleaning the blankets, one of the blankets happened to fall on the ground, which the staff was going to put on the patient, but I had to intervene and make them replace (which I still don't know whether they did or not as I had to go get medicine and then back home).
The doctors seem to be bad in their work as well. On second opinion of MRI reports, we found that the medicine prescribed by Apex hospital doctors would be of no use and better medication was prescribed to use.
Utter disregard for patient's family and their time. Hope no one has to ever visit this hospital and it shuts it's business down. Waste of money as well as time.
From the moment of admission to the time of discharge, our experience was truly outstanding. The entire hospital staff was extremely supportive, compassionate, and attentive to every detail, making the journey smooth and stress-free for both my mother and our family.
A special thank you to Dr. Simit Vora for his expert diagnosis, professional approach, and the personalized care he provided throughout the treatment. His dedication and reassurance gave us immense confidence and comfort.
Thank you once again to the entire team at Apex Superspeciality Hospital for your remarkable service and genuine care. You have set a true benchmark for medical excellence, and we are deeply grateful for everything you have done.
The entire staff truly deserves appreciation for their patience, professionalism, and compassionate attitude. Their smiling faces, gentle approach, and willingness to help at every step reflect the true spirit of hospitality. It’s rare to see such a combination of efficiency and empathy, and this hospital has set a remarkable standard in both.
A heartfelt thank you to the doctors, nurses, and every staff member who made my stay so comfortable—I leave with gratitude and respect for the wonderful service and genuine care provided here.
Hence, overall experience with the hospital was good and staffs were very cooperative specially Nurse Biji mam, Bincy mam, brother Pankaj, Sister Neha, Rohini sister,Rashmi, Dr. Manaal, Dr Priyanka, Dr. Chirag Shah sir, Simran sister, Hetal Sister, Supriyaa sister and caretaker Mrs. Shruti. RMO Dr.Dimple and Priyanka was always explaining us about the treatment procedures.
I and my whole family members are thankful to all the above said Dr , Nurse and staff who had come by way of god to treat well my mom day and night 24hrs.
I truly recommend to all.
Once again thanks from the bottom of my heart to everyone....!
Again admitted on 28 July, hospital is very good for the sr citizen.
Admission process is smooth, well-organized, and convenient, reducing waiting time and stress for patients and attendants.
TPA department is very cooperative and supportive throughout the process. Special appreciation to Mr. Javed for effective counseling, clear guidance, and timely assistance.
Nursing staff is prompt, professional, and courteous, with good communication and a caring approach towards patients.
Quality of food provided to patients is very good, hygienic, and prepared as per medical and dietary requirements.
Billing department is efficient, prompt, and helpful in addressing queries and completing discharge formalities smoothly.
Areas for Improvement:
Housekeeping services need improvement, particularly with respect to daily cleaning and regular maintenance of patient areas.
Reception staff should be more sensitized to hospital procedures and trained to handle patient and attendant inquiries with greater courtesy, politeness, and patience.
Special thanks to Nurse Akash, who was extremely kind, attentive, and helpful. He took great care of the patient and was always available whenever we needed assistance. His calm nature and dedication made a big difference during our stay.
Overall, the hospital maintains excellent hygiene, smooth processes, and a caring environment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality medical care.
During my visit at night, the reception staff behaved in a rude, insensitive, and highly unprofessional manner. Shockingly, the staff member even stated, “Why does the patient come during my duty hours?” Such a statement in a hospital environment is completely unacceptable and reflects a total lack of empathy and responsibility.
This behavior caused severe discomfort and loss of confidence in the hospital’s care. As a direct result of this rude attitude and unwelcoming response, I was forced to transfer the patient to another hospital.
Hospitals are meant to provide care at all hours, and night duty staff are expected to be especially patient, polite, and supportive. Statements like these can seriously affect patient trust and decision-making, particularly during emergencies.
I strongly urge the management to investigate this incident, take strict corrective action, and ensure proper training of staff in professional communication and patient handling.
I hope this matter will be treated with the seriousness it deserves.
Doctors attached to the hospital should be very careful and explain the staff about being human enough to give oxygen mask the patient who is gasping rather than yelling at them to get out of the so called ICU. ICU Where no one is ready for an emergency 🙄 when already informed twice on call.
When you need OXYGEN they explain you about VENTILATOR.. God save us 🙏🙏
1. Day One, my wife was pricked 11 times by Dr.Shruti Tiwari for regional anesthesia injection in the spine since it was a C-Section delivery. This was the first unprofessional service provided by the doctor who's on the panel at Apex Hospital. Literally, ridiculous!
2. The room allocated for post pregnancy checkups/follow-ups had multiple cockroaches running since Day-1. I've never seen any cockroaches running in any government hospital.
3. Day Two, the lunch served to my wife had hair in one of the vegetables. Later on, she never ate anything from the hospital food mess for the post 3days.
4. We did ask for a room change since the amount of cockroaches were non stop on high demand. We were shifted to a new room, later on turned out to be a physio therapy room with an old machine kept in the corner of the window side. There were no rooms available instead of pre-informing the hospital head admin Mr. Sunil Amberkar well in advance (thrice) before admission. This is lack of basic hygiene services in the hospital. Responsive time in the new allocated room was way too high, a person may lose his life due to such delayed response.
5. The pharmacist in the pharmacy was rude and threw unethical comments to pay for traveling charges of a medicine which should have been taken care of the hospital / pharmacy well in advance. If there are any lack of medicines in the hospital, why should a patient pay for traveling charges? Ideally speaking if you are low on stock of required medicines then you fail in your demand and supply forecasting,
6. Few of the Nurses in Apex Hospital had rude behavior traits, compared to the nurses of the another hospital which we got admitted to, post discharge.
7. Finally, we have still not received our corrected revised birth certificate of our child from BMC office, due to the enormous wrong entries passed by the hospital nurse Suruchi. It's almost 3 months now and the incident where I found out the first mistake was that the building name in the address was mentioned wrong. While generating a request for Aadhar, later on turned to be another mistake where in incomplete entry passed by the nurse for me and my wife's name (Aadhar provided, then too you cannot simple copy paste?). This has been a harassment case towards me and my family.
Avoid going to Apex Hospitals as this has been a mental torture to me and my family!
My mother was brought in with deep facial and hand injuries, bleeding heavily after an accident at home. Instead of providing emergency care, the staff immediately demanded ₹1.3 lakh within 2 minutes before touching the patient.
Even after admission, due to a 10-minute payment delay caused by a technical issue, they forced my injured mother to stand outside, bleeding, until the payment was completed. This is beyond inhuman.
The reception and nursing staff were rude, insensitive, and clearly cared only about money, not human life. Emergency care here is conditional on payment, which is shameful and dangerous.
Do not go to Apex Hospital. There are many better hospitals nearby that treat patients with dignity. Avoid this place at all costs.
