My father was recently admitted to this hospital, and I’m truly grateful for the excellent care he received. The doctors were very professional, attentive, and explained everything clearly. The nursing staff was kind, patient, and always available whenever needed. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the overall service was smooth and well-coordinated. Thanks to their dedication and timely treatment, my father recovered well. Highly appreciate the team for their great work and compassion.
I lost my mother-in-law during a heart valve replacement surgery at this hospital. From my experience, the doctors seemed to lack sufficient expertise. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid opting for major or critical procedures at this hospital to prevent such unfortunate outcomes.
We are devastated by the loss of our mother following a valve replacement surgery performed by Dr. Ajay Pandey at this hospital. Based on our experience, we have serious concerns regarding the level of surgical expertise and post-operative care provided. Our family believes that insufficient experience may have contributed to the tragic outcome. In light of this, we do not feel confident recommending this hospital for complex or high-risk medical procedures.

The hospital needs to improve basic facilities for patient relatives. There were no proper seating arrangements and the toilet facilities were either unavailable or not maintained. These are essential for the comfort and well-being of attendants, and I hope the management takes this seriously.”
Worst experience ever. I contacted Apex Hospital for my treatment under MJPS or Ayushman Bharat scheme, as it is clearly mentioned on their website. After making me follow up for 20 days, they finally refused to provide treatment under these schemes. This is misleading and a complete waste of patients’ time and hope.
Absolutely bad experience. Staff is having fun and busy in mischief instead of tending to the patients. The doctors assigned are never on time. They give time of 2:30pm and don't come till 6:30pm or so. Utterly wasting patient's and their relative's time. When the staff is asked about the the doctor's whereabouts,they reply once that the doctor is coming and on any subsequent questions reply rudely "Abhi thodi der pehle to bataya ayenge, wapis alag kya bataye?", instead of actually trying to find out when the doctor will be available.
The doctors are any better either. Not single one seemed professional. There's a type of discipline doctors tend to have which is absent in the doctors of this hospital.
Cleanliness also has to be focused on by the relatives of the patient. The staff while removing glass bangles suggested breaking then as they won't come out but did not take care that small glass bits don't scatter around. To remove the scattered glass while cleaning the blankets, one of the blankets happened to fall on the ground, which the staff was going to put on the patient, but I had to intervene and make them replace (which I still don't know whether they did or not as I had to go get medicine and then back home).
The doctors seem to be bad in their work as well. On second opinion of MRI reports, we found that the medicine prescribed by Apex hospital doctors would be of no use and better medication was prescribed to use.
Utter disregard for patient's family and their time. Hope no one has to ever visit this hospital and it shuts it's business down. Waste of money as well as time.

Staff technically sound, good communication skills and friendly, attending to patients requirement at short notice and with compassion.
However needs improvement in the Night Shift especially between 11pm to 5pm with regards to reduction in the noise generated during staff communication, opening and closing of cabinets and cupboards etc to ensure peaceful sleep of the patients.

I had admitted my senior citizen father for an emergency. The hospital staff is extremely experienced and patient handling elderly people. The doctors were transparent with the condition and easy to have a conversation with.
All staff and doctors are good and co-operative .

All Staff is very helpful and always ready when asked for any help. They are avery vigilant and experienced, specifically they are fully available at the night time. Staff is very calm with the patient and proactively checking live status of patient. Now about the hospital, it's good in terms of surgery and doctors (Vividh Makwana & Chirag Shah) are very helpful in giving vital information. Mistakes happenes sometime but they never took step back but helped in all the way they can. Just a suggestion, Washroom needs to be clean for patient and start keeping tissue paper. Overall Hospital experience is quite good.

My mom was detected with tounge tumour, Visited multiple hospital and was bit confused what to do. Then i met Dr. Hemant Khemani he is a cardiologist specialist. As my mom underwent engoplasty in the year 2024 was treated by Dr. Khemani and was operated in the same Apex hospital very well. Due to our past good experience with the same hospital, we met Dr. Ankit mahuvakar oncology surgeon who was very cooperative and explained the complete surgery procedure.
Hence, overall experience with the hospital was good and staffs were very cooperative specially Nurse Biji mam, Bincy mam, brother Pankaj, Sister Neha, Rohini sister,Rashmi, Dr. Manaal, Dr Priyanka, Dr. Chirag Shah sir, Simran sister, Hetal Sister, Supriyaa sister and caretaker Mrs. Shruti. RMO Dr.Dimple and Priyanka was always explaining us about the treatment procedures.
I and my whole family members are thankful to all the above said Dr , Nurse and staff who had come by way of god to treat well my mom day and night 24hrs.

Worst ever experience of any hospital being in . Pathetic service pathetic staff all run for extra money no hygiene and ever after feedback they proudly say they are like this only a nurse or supervisor Deepika on First floor is that arrogant and rude along with other staff.
They have interns as primary doctor for any situation. No senior or responsible staff available for support. And just FYI Deepika i mentioned above is the main doctor in the hospital. Completely made fun of hospital management and service

Dr.Ravindra Ghule sir is an excellent and caring doctor. The surgery was done very smoothly in MJPJAY scheme free of cost and he explained everything clearly. His calm nature professionalism and kind approach made the entire experience very positive we are truly thankful for his guidance and support. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr Gaurav Waghmare sir for his excellent care and expertise during my wife's TKR procedure. My father was admitted to Apex Hospital on 28/10/25 due to breathing issues and chest pain, and our overall experience was extremely disappointing. The doctor and staff were rude, unhelpful, and completely insensitive throughout his stay.
He was taken to the ICU the same day, but no treatment was started for more than three and a half days. My father said Dr. Ravindra Ghule attended him only once, and even today, on the day of discharge, the doctor didn’t visit him at all. They kept delaying treatment, saying they were waiting for insurance authorization, which is unacceptable for a patient in such a serious condition.
The TPA department was also very rude, especially Mr. Dhruv, who behaved arrogantly as if the money was coming from his own pocket.
It was clear that the hospital and the doctor were more focused on money than on the patient’s well-being. After the authorization finally came through, they performed the angiography, but by then I had completely lost trust in their service.
I decided to discharge my father immediately and will now consult a good cardiologist elsewhere for proper care.

Please don't visit this hospital. Very bad experience. If you have mediclaim please don't visit.. charge much higher fees to the insured patient .taking different different body check up. All dr are very bad behaviour. Request you all don't visit this hospital.

The nurse, staff, ward boys RMOs, kitchen boy all are very humble and very co operative. Kitchen boy gave food time to time. Only big request to the panel is you have to bring in more doctors. Lokhandwala has got a good hospital with good facilities but major doctors are not coming. I request the hospital authorities to bring in the doctors as much as possible. It will serve the large public residing here.
One of the best experience, the staffs are really good and the doctors are also genuine and great, i fully trust apex hospital. We had very critical situation in dengue fever. And we got recovered within 3 days with better health and complete recovery, i highly recommend apex hospital!
Delivered my 2nd son via VBAC under Dr. Archana Waghela at the hospital. The hospital is in a very quiet area tranquil and no noise.The rooms are neat and clean. They are cleant on a timely basis. Sister Joseph was a great help and a powerhouse of encouragement in the labour room. Kept on motivating me saying beta ho gaya ho gaya you're doing good very good ...all the whole smiling herself. It makes a world of a difference having someone like her in the room. The staff right from the reception area, and nurses and the maushi's and mama's are very helpful and never have a frown on their faces. The hospital is very clean and an overall professional environment is maintained throughout. Would definitely recommend one try out the hospital they have a wide range of doctors on their panel.
CONS: Very Bad Experience.
1)Hospital team have missed giving me one Anti-Biotic dose through IV, which they gave after I confronted that they have not given and actually they were lying to Dr. in front of me. So think wisely.
Even my treating doctor has given in written to the hospital team to give evening IV antibiotic dose to patient/me but they have missed. It's a major concern/issue.
2)Most of hospital sister's are not properly trained or experienced for giving IV injections. I faced a lot of pain.
3)Hospital nurses and receptionist are not coordinating properly for a patient detail or information.
4)When asked for any detail, they said I am working in different shift, I was not present, I don't know, etc. Hence, trying to ignore a patient query/doubt.
5)I will not recommend this kandivali APEX Hospital to anyone for any kind of treatment here.

I had a very positive experience. The doctors were attentive, the nurses were extremely caring, and even the support staff and didis were always ready to help with a smile. The hospital maintained excellent hygiene and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout. Truly grateful to the entire team for their care and support.
