• Perform surgical procedures on the musculoskeletal system to correct deformities, improve function, and repair injuries.
• Prescribe treatments and medications as needed, including antibiotics, sedatives, and specific preoperative or postoperative procedures.
• Analyze patient information, including current physical condition, medical history, examination results, and allergies to determine the safest and most effective treatment option.

Internship- Shirdi sansthan Hospital , Shirdi January 2004- December 2004 ( 1 Year ) Involved in basic medical and surgical work, assisting senior consultants in minor surgeries and independently performing few minor surgeries such as close reduction, managing polytrauma, k wiring , abscess I & D,etc.
2. Orthopedic Residency- S.L .Raheja Hospital, Mumbai
   Feb 2006- June 2009
   1 st year- Doing routine ward work (wound dressing, patients notes, ward management), primary management of orthopedic emergencies, accidents and trauma cases, assisting senior consultants in all types of trauma surgeries and specialized orthopedic surgeries including spine surgeries, joint replacement surgeries, complex trauma surgeries and pediatric orthopedic surgeries.
   2 nd year- Doing routine ward work, guiding junior residents, managing emergencies and accident cases in casualty, operating independently some of the trauma cases such as long bone fractures, pediatric fractures, joint dislocations and assisting senior consultants in complex trauma and joint surgeries.
